The 1895 Underriner House
& 1837 Pratte Trading Post

      1998 Underriner House

     2003 Underriner House

The Underriner House was our first project.  It was very close to demolition.  Windows were
broken, the interior vandalized, leaking roof and rotted porches to name just a few of the
problems.
The exterior was restored to its 1895 Victorian remodel, while the original first floor interior was restored as it would have appeared in 1837,
complete with a stocked trading post.
This restoration took 5-1/2 years to complete, funded only by private donations, 50/50's, bake and yard sales.  In 2003 we had the grand opening.  Since then over 2,500 visitors have walked through it's doors.
